2. The winner consents to the use of his/her name and entry/post being used on TEMPUR^® social media channels. Personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be used by TEMPUR UK Ltd for marketing purposes and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Entrants' data will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation.

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. This Instagram contest or giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

5. Entrants must be age 18+ and based in Mainland UK only.

6. Previous competition/giveaway entrants via Instagram are not permitted to participate in this giveaway.

Entering the Giveaway

7. The competition opens 19th September 2019. Closing date for entry is 26th September 2019 (11:59pm GMT).

8. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

9. Entrants will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a TEMPUR® Sleep Mask upon 1. tagging a friend onto the original post and 2. Both users following @tempur_uk on Instagram.

10. The winner will be selected at random.

11. The winner and the winner's friend will be informed by TEMPUR^® or TEMPUR UK Ltd Marketing via social media by Monday, 30th September 2019 that they have won.

12. If the winner does not accept the prize within 14 days of being notified of winning, the winner's prize will be forfeited and TEMPUR UK Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.

The Prize

13. Prize description: One TEMPUR^® Sleep Mask for the winner and winner's friend, worth £30 each (price taken on 02.08.19 at 10:45am GMT).

14. TEMPUR UK Ltd will deliver the TEMPUR^® Sleep Mask to the winner's home and winner's friend's home. Both winners’ homes must be based in Mainland UK.

General

15. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

16. No refunds exchanges or returns unless product is damaged on receipt.

17. Employee or families of TEMPUR^®, TEMPUR^® retailers, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be eligible to enter the competition.

18. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and TEMPUR UK Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
