About the Happy Place Festival Competition (Promotion)
Competition dates: Saturday 5th Sept 2026 – Sunday 6th Sept 2026
If you are planning to take part, please note the following:
1. The promoter of the Promotion is TEMPUR® UK Limited (“TEMPUR UK”), whose registered office is at Caxton Point, Printing House Lane, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 1AP, United Kingdom.
2. The winner agrees to the use of their name and entry/post being used on all TEMPUR ® UK social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. (“social media”). Entrants' personal data will be used solely in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and other relevant legislation. For more information on how TEMPUR ® UK Ltd processes personal data and your rights (including to object to some or all of your personal data being published), please see our privacy policy available here or contact us at dataprotection@tempursealy.com.
3. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. This Promotion is not sponsered, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 and over and based in mainland UK only.
Entering the Competition
6. The competition opens on Saturday 5th Sept 2026 (08:30 am GMT) and closes on Sunday 6th Sept 2026 (06:00 pm GMT).
7. .To enter the Competition, Entrants must take a photo of a box that contains pieces of TEMPUR® Material, guess how many pieces of TEMPUR® material are in the box, post the photo with their guess on their Instagram page, and tag @tempur_uk in their story.
8. Entrants cannot take the pieces of Tempur® Material out of the box to make their guess. They can only decide on their guess by eye. .
9. There is a limit of one entry per person.
10. The Winner will be the Entrant who guesses the exact number of pieces of Tempur® Material in the box. If the exact number is not guessed, the Entrant with the closest guess will be the Winner.
11. . In the event of 2 or more Entrants guessing correctly or, where the exact number is not guessed, having the closest guess, these Entrants will be entered into a prize draw to decide the Winner. The Winner will be selected from these Entrants at random.
12. .The Winner will be informed that they have won by TEMPUR® or TEMPUR® UK Marketing via social media. by (11.59pm GMT) on Friday 11th September. TEMPUR® UK will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available by 48 hours after they have been notified, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entries that were received before the closing date.
The Prize
13. There is 1 Prize to be won, consisting of of: 1x TEMPUR PRO® SmartCool™ Mattress of the Winner’s choice.
General
14. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
15. Employees or relatives of employees of TEMPUR® UK or TEMPUR® retailers, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be eligible to enter the competition.
16. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The prize is subject to availability and TEMPUR® UK reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or higher value without giving notice.
17. TEMPUR® UK does not accept any responsibility if winners are not able to take up the prize.
18. TEMPUR® UK reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, TEMPUR® UK, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage or personal injury occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. This competition will be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entering the Giveaway
6. The competition opens Thursday 17th April 2025 (12:00pm GMT). Closing date for entry is Thursday 1st May 2025 (11:59pm GMT).
7. Entrants will be automatically entered into a Prize Draw to win a 1x TEMPUR PRO® SmartCool™ Mattress.
8. To be automatically entered into the prize draw, entrants must tag 3 friends in the comment section of the original prize draw post and follow @tempur_ uk on Instagram.
9. There is a limit of one entry per person.
10. The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random.
11. The winner will be informed that they have won by TEMPUR® or TEMPUR® UK Marketing via social media by Friday 2nd May 2025 (11:59pm GMT). TEMPUR® UK will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available by 48 hours after Friday 2nd May 2025 (11:59pm GMT), the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from all eligible entries that were received before the closing date.
