About the Competition
Promotion dates: Monday 9th December - Friday 20th December 2024
If you are planning to take part, please note the following:
1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is TEMPUR® UK Limited (“Tempur UK”), whose registered office is at Caxton Point, Printing House Lane, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 1AP, United Kingdom.
2. The winner agrees to the use of their name and entry/post being used on all TEMPUR® UK social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. (“social media”). Entrants' personal data will be used solely in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and other relevant legislation. 3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Entrants must be aged 18 and over and based in mainland UK only.
Entering the Giveaway
6. The promotion opens Monday 9th December 2024 (09:00am GMT). Closing date for entry is Friday 20th December 2024 (11:59pm GMT).
7. The competition spans 10 days with 10 different Christmas Countdown Prizes to be won. 1 Prize can be won each day.
8. Each day from 9th December to 20th December there will be a daily prize draw, except for 14th December and 15th December 2024 when there will be no prize draw held.
9. Each daily prize draw opens at 09.00am GMT and closes at 11.59pm GMT on that day.
10. After the closing time for each daily prize draw no further entries to that day’ s prize draw will be permitted.
11. To be automatically entered into a daily prize draw, to win that day’s Christmas Countdown Prize, entrants must tag 3 friends in the comment section of the original prize draw post of the day they wish to enter and follow @tempur_ uk on Instagram. There is a limit of one entry to each daily prize draw per person.
12. Entrants can enter each of the 10 daily prize draws over the 10 days, by tagging 3 friends in the comment section on each of the individual prize draw posts on the day they are posted.
13. The winner of each daily prize draw will be selected at random.
14. The winners will be informed by TEMPUR® or TEMPUR® UK Marketing via social media within 24 hours after each daily prize draw ends that they have won. TEMPUR® UK will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available by 48 hours after each daily prize draw has ended, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from all eligible entries that were received before the closing date.

To enter the competition, entrants must share a picture of the TEMPUR Ergo™ Smart Base at the Happy Place Festival at Tatton Park and post to their story tagging @tempur_ uk on Instagram. There is a limit of one entry to the prize draw per person.

8. The Prize Draws open on Monday 20 November 2023 (09:00am GMT). Closing date for entries is Monday 27 November 2023 (11:59pm GMT).

10. Entrants will be automatically entered into a Prize Draw to win a TEMPUR® pillow of their choice from the pillows available on the TEMPUR® UK website when they complete the following steps:
• Follow both @tempur_uk and one of the following:

• Tag a friend on Eve’s, Vicky’s or Shameena’s giveaway post, as appropriate, on Instagram
11. Entrants may enter each of the 3 Prize Draws by completing the steps above, but will only be eligible to win 1 of the 3 giveaway pillows. There is a limit of one entry to each of the 3 Prize Draws per person.
12. One winner for each Prize Draw will be selected at random by TEMPUR® UK from all eligible entries received.
13. Should the same entrant be selected as a winner in more than 1 of the Prize Draws, TEMPUR® UK will select an alternative winner for 1 of the Prize Draws from all eligible entries for that Prize Draw.
14. The winners will be informed by TEMPUR® UK or TEMPUR® UK Marketing via social media by 28th November 2023 (11:59pm GMT) that they have won. TEMPUR® UK will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, TEMPUR® UK reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries in that Prize Draw that were received before the closing date.
The Prize
15. Prize description: Each winner will receive 1 TEMPUR® pillow of their choice from the pillows that are available on the TEMPUR® UK website.
16. TEMPUR® will deliver the winners’ chosen TEMPUR® pillows to the winners’ home address. Winners’ home addresses must be based in mainland UK.
