TEMPUR UK Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tempur Sealy Inc and employs over 100 staff and we have been successful for over 20 years in the UK market.

We are an omni-channel company and growing strongly. We sell unique, innovative products to many leading retailer chains as well as independent stores.

We have a successful online business and 10 stores, including flagship stores at Bluewater, Milton Keynes, Westfield Stratford and Westfield’s White City shopping centres.

Operations
Our Operations team incorporates a diversity of teams who ensure our company runs smoothly. These include: Customer Care, Logistics, Finance and Admin.
Distribution & Delivery
Once our product is made it still has to reach our consumers and retailers. Our Warehouse team and Drivers work side by side to deliver our products.
Area Account Management
Use your excellent interpersonal skills to generate sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with our key retail accounts.
Retail & Online Sales
We currently have 4 Brand stores and 6 Outlets throughout the UK along with our website for consumers who want to buy direct.
Marketing
This team plays a vital role in promoting TEMPUR® by reaching out to both new and existing retail opportunities, and creating an overarching representation of our organisation.
Human Resources
This key department works towards attracting, developing, motivating and retaining a diverse work force - Our people are our greatest assets, their health and wellbeing is a priority.
