How to choose the right ergonomic pillow
TEMPUR® ergonomic pillows come in three different sizes, each with a different-sized support arch. This is where your shoulder sits. Often, the broader your shoulder, the bigger the pillow should be. The sizes are:
- Queen Medium. 61x31x10/7cm.
- Queen Large. 61x31x11.5/8.5 cm.
- Queen Extra Large. 61x31x13/10cm.

This all depends on the person, but it can take a couple of weeks to get used to the shape of an ergonomic pillow.
