No, in fact the TEMPUR® mattress should never be turned.
One of the advantages of owning a TEMPUR® PRO, PRO Plus or PRO Luxe SmartCool™ mattress is that all models have removable washable covers. You can unzip, remove and machine wash the QuickRefresh™ top, or the whole cover at up to either 40°C or 60°C. (This task is easier with two people.) It is important when you launder your mattress cover that you always follow the manufacturer's instructions which can be found on a label stitched inside.
