Dos
- Wash the cover at up to 60°C
- Wash the cover with similar coloured items
- Wash the cover inside out with zipper closed
- Line dry and air thoroughly before use
Don'ts
- Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals
- Do not tumble dry or iron
- Do not put the topper cover back on if it is still damp or wet
- Do not dry clean
Please do not attempt to wash, sponge or dry clean the topper itself. Doing so will invalidate your product guarantee. There is a high possibility you will cause irreversible damage, destroying the benefits of comfort and support which the TEMPUR® Material provides.
TEMPUR® toppers may be stored rolled up or laid out flat. Do not unroll a TEMPUR® topper when it is cold as there is a risk of the material tearing or cracking. Allow the topper to adjust or warm up to room temperature first before unrolling.

The actual TEMPUR® topper interior, made from TEMPUR Adapt™ Material, cannot be washed. Contact with water or cleaning fluids will damage it. However all current TEMPUR® toppers have a removable washable cover. This item can be laundered in accordance with the washing instructions found on the label sewn inside the topper cover.
The TEMPUR® pressure relieving material is composed of billions of visco-elastic spherical shaped, open cells. The cells respond to your body temperature and weight then shift and re-organise their position to mould to the exact contours of your body, or in the case of a pillow, your head, neck and shoulders. It becomes softer in warmer areas (where your body is making the most contact with the surface) and remains firmer in cooler areas (where less body contact is being made). Due to the removal of pressure, blood is able to flow freely throughout the night, making you toss and turn less - in other words - you get a better night's sleep.
