Abdominal sleepers generally find soft to medium pillows aid natural spine alignment because they do not raise the head too much. Sleepers with a larger, deeper body shape, however, may still find a firmer pillow works better for them. In some cases tummy sleepers find using an additional pillow beneath their hips eases lumbar discomfort. The depth and size of an extra pelvic support pillow depends every much on the user’s shape, size and weight.

Side sleepers may benefit most from medium or medium firm pillows which support the neck arch between their shoulders and head. Comfort, however, is a matter of personal preference. All full sized TEMPUR^® pillows have removable washable covers at up to 60°C. Full instructions are on the care label stitched inside.
