  • And, in return, we will provide you with an allocated date to revisit the store and claim your FREE TEMPUR® Comfort Travel pillow (worth £65)*

    What do I need to do to take the Challenge?

    TEMPUR offer 4 different feels to cater for your comfort:


    Simply visit one of our participating stores and mention to the sales team that you are interested in taking the Tempur Challenge. They will ask you to lie down on our mattresses. Use this as an opportunity to relax and enjoy the superior level of comfort Tempur mattresses provide to you, as they conform to the shape of your body.


    When can I take the Challenge?

    The Challenge begins on Monday 10th July 2017 and will end on Monday 7th August 2017.

    Please note due to the popularity of the promotion, the end date may be subject to change if the product is sold out, so make sure you enter early on.

    Be sure to visit our Store Locator and look out for the 'Tempur Challenge' icon next to the store listing to find your nearest participating store.


    How do I receive my FREE TEMPUR Comfort Travel pillow?

    After trying our Mattress Collections, you will receive a form inviting you to complete an online questionnaire. Let us know about the experience you encountered in store and once you’ve registered your details we will email you with a date (21 days in advance) to revisit the store and claim your FREE pillow.*

    Please provide us with a valid telephone number, so that the store can call you once your pillow has arrived.

    You will be asked to provide proof of ID and residency (either in the form of a utility bill or a photocard driving licence) in order to claim your pillow when revisiting the store. Make sure you complete the form before Monday 7th August 2017 so not to miss out on receiving your FREE pillow.

    * Store pick up excludes John Lewis, where the pillow will be mailed out directly to your home address.


    I didn't receive my confirmation email?

    Please check your spam or junk filter settings. It might be the case it has accidentally been sent to these folders instead. Alternatively give our customer service team a call and they can advise on when you can pick up your FREE pillow.


    Can I tell my friends and family about this?

    Of course you can! We want to let everyone know that there is a TEMPUR mattress out there for them and as long as they live at a different address, they can qualify for the FREE pillow. PLUS in selected stores, we will also provide you with a £50 / 60 EURO voucher to use when you revisit your local store and purchase very own TEMPUR® Double, King or Super King Mattress.

    * Terms and Conditions apply. Only one TEMPUR Travel pillow can be redeemed per household. Subject to stock and availability. If the product is sold out the promotion can end sooner. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

    The link on the form doesn't appear to work, what shall I do?

  • Check that this has been typed in exactly as what is shown on the letter
  • The link will not work if entered into a search engine such as Google, Bing, Yahoo etc
  • To make this work, you'll need to enter the link into the address bar at the top of your browser (as shown below):
  • This should begin with: "tempuronline.com/challenge/"followed by your unique code. Alternatively, if you have a QR reader on a smart phone or tablet device, scan the code featured in the top left corner of the page.


    I've entered the link and it says the code has already been used, why?

    Each of the codes are unique and this may have been redeemed by another customer already. If you have lost this, you will need to pick up a new form again. Visit your nearest TEMPUR Challenge participating store and the store will provide you with a new form.
