Here are some things you might like to consider before you make your final decision.
Sleeping position
If you prefer to sleep on your side or front, then a medium feel mattress gives great all-round comfort for these positions. Engineered to gently cradle your body, a medium feel mattress will still provide pressure relief where you need it to help you relax.
Sleeper frame size and body weight
If you consider yourself to be average in size, you are more likely to experience quality sleep for longer on a medium mattress than a firm or deeply soft one. There are no set industry guidelines for this, but if a person weighs 10-15 stone then a medium mattress is likely to provide better comfort and support. This does not mean to say people with either a larger or smaller frame cannot sleep well in a medium comfort bed either.
